KEVIN EDELMAN, owner of Metalman Media, Inc., built the foundation for his music supervision career as a musician and radio DJ, while attending the University of Florida. After moving to Los Angeles, Kevin combined his knowledge of music, recording, and business with his passion for film and television production and started Metalman. Combined, Kevin has music supervised thousands of hours of television and features. Kevin also serves on the board of directors for the Guild of Music Supervisors.
ANDY GOWAN joined Metalman in 2002 and quickly established himself as a rising star in the industry. His credits include the long running hit TV series "How I Met Your Mother" , the cult phenomenon Hulu web series "The Booth At The End," and the tastemaker TV series "The Mindy Project" along with award winning feature films such as “HappyThankYouMorePlease” and “Liberal Arts”. His newest project, the animated "BoJack Horseman," starring Will Arnett and Aaron Paul, is slated to be released on Netflix in 2014.
BEN SOKOLER joined the Metalman team in 2013 after earning his degree in music industry from Northeastern University. Since starting his career in music supervision, Ben has worked on a wide range of television series and films. In addition to coordinating on both Kevin and Andy’s projects, Ben has made a name for himself in the film world, supervising award winning features “Songs My Brothers Taught Me” and “Roxanne Roxanne”. Ben is currently supervising several independent films, as well as the upcoming web series, Confess, for AwesomenessTV.
